Hey guys

sorry for asking all these questions but this is the only place i can ask. lol i need to figure out the smoking problem. i was told it was time for a rebuild...but it was just recently rebuilt a few months ago....i was investigating it the other day and noticed there is engine oil at the very end of the DG exhaust tip. what could this be a sign of?

It's possible the muffler is still burning out gunk from before the rebuild. Mine did the same thing after rebuilding the top end. It had been run with a broken piston for a while so there was lots of crap in the muffler that had to burn out

hmm...i like that answer. i hope your right! haha

I tested mine by using one of those blue Bernzomatic hand torches on the muffler. Smoke came out even without the motor running
