Project question

Hey everyone I pulled my Honda 200M trying to get it going before I leave for school in june...

So I started at the rear brakes. I thought just swiching out my old pads new pads it was good. Well I did that, and my question is my brake lever kepts getting loose...I was messing with the ajument screw, but it seemed like I couldent get the brake lever to stay tight...

Are the springs inside the brakes installed right?

I think so.
I put the new ones on just like I took the old ones off. Then I re assembled up too the hub, and there just all slack. I tryed to tighten the ajustment screw, and it didnt do anything. I read something about lining up with poke lines maby? Am I compleaty off ? lol
