ok, I have an 84 200x. I am no expert on these machines and could use some advice. I just bought an all balls swing arm pivot needle bearing kit. the manual says to replace these, i should take it to a dealership. i think thats horse crap and know i can do it myself, i just need some advice on the best way to do it. secondly i had the motor bored and put in a wiseco piston. the mixture now is very rich. what can i do to fix this. another problem i have is the float is stuck and if the petcock is left on, it leaks gas into the oil. also the front and rear master cylinders are shot. does anybody know what other cylinders may work? and last but not least, my headlight is very dim. Any suggestions?

Well I can help you with one of your problems. I am assuming you are talking about the owners manual, so here is the link to the Honda shop manual for your bike. It will walk you through replacing the bearings.

It might take a bit to download, so give it some time.

a bunch of master cyls will fit on the front, I got a honda cr85 master cyl for the front off ebay for $20, here is a link. http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthread.php?65970-brake-caliper-swaps-for-83-85-200x-s&highlight=200x+caliper I heard a yz250f works too.
dont know why your motor is rich after a bore? I think you should have a 108 or 110 main with a stock carb and pipe. check your jet size when you clean your carb to fix your sticky float.

Not sure about the bearings. If it's running rich you may want to check out this thread on carb jetting, very good info and it should give you an idea of where to start: http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthread.php?55086-Carb-Jetting-101-Terms-Tips-and-Jetting-Theory

If the float is stuck you need to clean the carb, or a rebuilt kit may be necessary. Like has been said, many front masters will work, almost any handle bar mounting front master will do the job. I've read on here somewhere that a CR85 rear master will work, but it needs a longer feed line from the reservoir.

Hope that helps.
