Disassembling my 200es for the rebuild, came across something strange. I was checking the Clymer book to see if the axle nut is left handed thread or right, but i cant find anything about an axle nut even in the book or any diagrams...it just says to remove both wheels/hubs, remove the brake assembly and pull the axle out from the left side. I have pics. Notice the right side has a new seal also. Thanks for any advice.

My Clymer has a diagram on page 330.

The service manual shows it on 13-4.

I didn't think to look in the brake section. And i didn't think to look In tht manual either which i downloaded a while ago lol. Well i did get it off, actually wasnt hard or very rusted at all. Got the whole rest of the carrier out too and found out where all the gear oils been going. into the driveshaft area. Thanks for the help!

EDIT: forgot to mention, axles shot anyways :( previous owner beat the end of it with a hammer obviously and never put a nut back on. How can someone stand to take such terrible care of an awesome machine? Even the oil is blacker than nite. Which leads me to believe i'm gonna have to tear the bottom open to. #!$#%%.
