Just got this oil cooler set up installed for a customer and it turned out nice . Great for that long trail rider in the summer months and extend the life of the motor . Look familiar RAFFA :lol:

200X's Def NEED a cooler,,I just really question how effective that can possibly be tucked up under and inside,behind the fender,with debris being constantly thrown it's direction?? Def better than NO cooler at all, Just curious! Very nice install for what it is.

I am assuming you cut out the side of the air box to use the engine air flow to move the air through it? Looks like a great setup. I never would have thought about crap off of the back tire plugging it up until atc007 mentioned it.

Hmmm,very interesting Hoosier! I hadn't thought of that,and THAT would make sense,w an outerwear and VERY good maintenance,,but it doesn' t look to be cut!

He got that from Raffa,so he knows for sure,,looks to simply be a 350X cooler? Right?

Yeah, I looked a little closer after I posted it and it didnt look cut to me either. The only problem I can see with drawing air through the cooler is the warmer air wont produce as much power as the cooler air.

looks good..at one time I was going to cut the rear fender on that side and make a small intake scoop,, these were a old set of fenders I was playin with.. but you get the idea I was playin with.

Neat idea to vent threw the fenders . I believe it will work great for what he does with it and the extra 3/4 Qt it requires to fill the lines and cooler is a plus for oil life .

Yeah the lines are kinda long but that is were this cooler set up was set up to run .
