I have the trx 9 inch rims. So either I'm going with a 18x10x9 or a 20x10x9. Will a 20x11x9 fit that rim as well. Where is a good place to get a affordable 18 or 20" tires?

Well what do you plan on doing? If it's life has some use on the trails, then go for 20's, but if it's strictly a racer, then go for 18's.

Not a racer. Its for on the ice and trails.

Split the difference and put 19's on mine.

I'd go for 20's if you're going on ice and trails.

20's is what im lookin for holeshots are nice. i have 22 inch dirt dogs on it now and for me its too much tire its flings the mud pretty high.123158
but its nice to be sitting higher on the trail too. for me 20's seem to be the right fit.

Can you fit a 20x11x9 on a trx rim?

20" tall x 11" wide x 9" rim. - I don't see why it wouldn't fit...

Yea the 20's will fit on those rims, I have a set of Razr's on those rims. I had 18x10x8 Holeshots on my 200X with 14 tooth front and it was perfect. I felt anything bigger affected the handling and performance of my 84 200X. But it's a personal preference. For the trails 20's will work great and will do fine on the ice. If you are looking to do some serious ice racing you will want a 18" Turf Tamer and about 320 Kold Kutters per tire to be exact ;)

20x11-9
20 is the overall diameter of the tire
11 is the width in inches
9 is the rim diameter

18" tyres will give you more snap in the bottom of the gears, but 20's will give better all around use and stay pretty close to true top end speed. I personally have run both 18's and 20's 18's are great for places where you don't need top end but want more get up and go, and 20's are great for places where your speed is constant and you don't return to the bottom end too often.

Stock rims and 20" tires from a 400ex or z400/kfx400/dvx400 bolt right on

I run a set of 20" Carlisle Badlands on my 200x for the woods trails around WI. They work fantastic and are a great woods/trail tire. I have a set of 18" fastrekkers that I ran ONCE in the woods, lots of abuse to the skid plates and sprocket. I am going to fill them with screws for ice riding.
