ok so i was trying to get the bead set and was having trouble.. so i do what anyone would do..... grab the starting fluid ... a little squirt and a little flame.. i believe it may have had a hole in it and sucked air through before i went kaboom
no one was injured in the making of this pic but my ears were ringing for a couple hours

Are Super Turf tires as rock hard and heavy as Trail Pro's?

lucky you werent killed, try ratcheting a heavy duty, at least 2" rachet strap tight around the tread, (the diameter of the tire) and the tire should be sucked tight around the rim, take the valve core out and let your air compressor build up to 120psi and blast it full of air. Once the tire mounts take the strap off and fill the tire to its proper psi. This is how i get all my stubborn tires to mount, ive never had to use explosives. I like my head where it is; attached to my body! not blown all over my 250sx and the floor of my garage.

That's an old favorite around here. My buddy runs a wrecker service and they have an "ether mechanic" on duty at all times. It's funny how they usually end up getting them to fit. Unless they blow up your mower tire...:(
