Well i invested into a new pipe making program, It's what I've been looking for.
It factors in EVERYTHING except a triple port exhaust and bridge exhaust similar to the YZ125's today.
It has the options to do straight pipe to 90degree bends in the head pipes(like all bikes)
It has a 2nd program that gives you templates on how to create your cones before you weld. This cone program also lets you adjust it so the cones can meet at an angle, I mean, no pipes are straight. It factors in.. just about everything!
It can be had for $14 heres a link (http://www.buildandclick.com/).
They also have a 4 stroke header pipe program for the same price, I may pick that up.
For all you pipe making guys out there, hit me up and i can punch in some numbers and give you all the info you'll need.
