Was talking to my uncle and we where just brainstorming about putting in a bigger shock as i'm sure i'm well over the weight limit of the 200x, but i was thinking if i do that i might as well widen / extend, so i'm wondering is there a wider / longer 4 wheeler rear end i could use? or is it even worth the hassle to make it longer?

prolly cheaper to just have someone cut and langthen your stock swing arm, to widen put on 300ex or 400ex hubs and off set wheels

hmm might not make it longer then just seems like it would be more stable, as for the hubs will the stock 200x rims fit on the 300 or 400 ex hubs?
and what about a longer shock any 1 have any suggestions? or where to get 1 for a decent price?

IDK about the 83-85, but my 87 200X suspension is at least as good or better than my 350X; Hence the reason I'm updating to a linkage suspension.......

i have a set of 2 1/2 inch moose racing spacers on my 85 200x, there urethane and when i put them on i had to shave the outer edge to get them to fit cause the weld bead on the inner part of my rim was a little out of control. but they went on great and i wouldnt give them up for anything. they make it so much more stable in my opinion. i weigh 175 and it doesnt seem to effect the axle bending or anything. hope this helps.

Have your suspension rebuilt for your weight. It'll make a night and day difference.

hmm there's only 1 place around here that will build shocks and they want 110 dollars for just the spring and said that's all i would need might do that later on, watching a auction on ebay for the 300ex hubs there at 10 dollars and 10 dollars shipping no bids and like 2 days left i'm gonna try and get them, looks like they will be 1 to 1.5 inches wider on each side
