1982 250r Mod ideas?? Check it out so far...

I've had my 250r for about a year and half now. I got a DG silencer for it and i just changed over to the 34mm keihen car and k&n filter (still need a outerwrap for it) and was looking after i got my airbox off and noticed my swingarm was cracked. I was wondering if anybody knew were is the best place to cut and add for extention on the swing arm and whats the best all around extention +3 +4 +6??? Any other mod ideas would be extremely helpful any were from plastics to paint choices!! I can powder coat at my work for cheap!! So any ideas would be awsome. I would also like to get rid of my big tires and rims tires are in excll. shape. Thanks

Looks good.. I'm not sure about lengthening the stock swingarm. It's made out of stamped steel (like the 83 200x) and I'm not sure of how strong that would be.

I have an 82 250r and mine is crack almost the exact same way but on the opposite side behind the shock
