See if you can cut a slot down the middle and use a screwdriver impact?

Do you have torches?

If so.. Drill a few holes on the bottom of the case about 1/8 inch in diameter around the bolt to where the drill bit barely meets the bolt.

Next heat the bolt only where it sticks out at the cases on both sides..Not cherry red, but close..
Then let it cool for about 1 minute, and use Bees Wax on the sides of the case where the broken bolt is, and on the bottom where you drilled the holes. (Let the wax melt and pull itself in the case around the bolt)
You may have to set the engine on it's side to let the wax pull in.
Repeat the process one more time, let the bolt cool about 5 minutes after the 2nd wax application, then drive it out with a air hammer and punch bit.

I have done this on a few 250R engines where the front exhaust motor mount bolt is, and gets cemented in with 10 years of 2 stroke oil leaking from the pipe, and this method works everytime.

I was trying to think of that Mosh. I knew there was something I couldn't remember. I have used wax before and it does work.

Theres a spray like liquid wrench and wd40, but 100 times better called aero koil (spelling) comes in an orangeish red can. That stuff will break almost any bolt free. Its worth a shot. Plus way better to have around then the other 2 I mentioned.

I'm pretty sure Dirtcrasher uses that stuff too. Maybe he can chime in.

Update....!!!!! I used the 50/50 mix of acetone and tranny fluid and soaked it overnight. Hammered on it with air chisel, punch and 5 lb hammer and drilled it out on 1 side about 1" and let it soak. Tried to weld a nut to it...just broke it off again. Finally got it movin after usin' the acetone and drillin 4 small holes in aluminum down to bolt as Mosh said. Tried wax.....no go????? What a freakin experience??????!! 2 more exhaust studs............pray for me................That acetone/trans fluid mix kicks arss as far as I am concerned!! Thanks for all the tips and help...

have you tried using a jack to lift the motor to the precise spot to where it may slide out after being hit? i am not trying to sound like a smartass but that is how i had to get mine out one time. took me a few trys to figure out that i needed to do it like that and it was a pain doing by myself.

Someone posted awhile back that an older man claimed brake fluid to be an excellent tool for breaking rusted up fastners.

Yes I do use Aerokroil and it's pretty damn good......

I've always had success laying a washer around the broken bolt, building a monster weld up, then welding a cheap socket to it.

All i have is a lincoln eletric 220v AC arc welder..

Thats why all my welds look ugly in the pictures, cant turn the weld down low enough lol
