Let me say....I'm not a mechanic. I've gotten into working on old bikes and 3wheelers by reading manuals, and most importantly reading on here. Just replacing steering head bearings has been a learning process as I went. I got this 125M given to me and have spent the last 6 weeks doing a little here and a little there and tonight, THE DARN THING STARTED UP!

I've had a million questions, but much to all your delight I used the search button and found most of my answers. Here's where I'm at....

And as this photo was taken, it was idling smoothly.

The carb has been rebuilt, AllBalls steering bearings, the recoil re-done, of course painted (Rustoleum), new throttle and brake cables, new coil & spark plug, new front brakes, and a whole lot of wire brush time spent cleaning it all up. I have new front wheel and rear axle bearings ready to go in, but I have to still get that lock nut broken loose on the axle. And the front wheel is getting powdered next week to match the new tires/wheels on the rear I'm about to order.

One thing that surprized me was buying a Motion Pro throttle cable specifically for this trike. I had to do all kinds of home-fashioning on both ends to get it to fit.
