shindy carb kit

i just bot 2 Shindy carb kit for my 350x's are they any god?

Not sure I would rank them up there with "god", but they are a pretty good kit....

On the 350x Shindy carb kit I bought the 0-ring didn't fit the carb bowl. It was over a 1/2 too large for the groove

That happens alot with new o-rings. A hair dryer on high heat for about 5 minutes solves that problem. Shrinks it down abit making it easier to put in.

shindy carb kits are alrite, i threw one in for my 200s. there a cheap fix to get ya going again!

i bot my kit for the orig on the bowl, should i put the jets that came whit the kit or keep the stoke jets?

I just bought a kit for my 84 200 es from my local shop for 15$. They had it sitting on a shelf. IT came with no jets but all the gaskets and washers were there, I try and stay away from aftermarket as much as possible. Especially seeing all the issues that develop from them.
