Need help with my 1983 atc 185 carb

Hey this is my first post. I unscrewed the top where the throdle cable is hooked up and now I can’t get it back to gather is there something special I have to do or what? I did not take any thing elles off. :rolleyes:

Twist it around a little bit... It has to go in, in a certain direction.... (there may be an alignment tooth, and groove in the carb slide)

i can get it to go in then i get the cap on and the throdle cable dont work like wtf

You probably have to spin it 180 degrees
