Im thinking of doing this to my atc 110.

I dont know tho but if i did it it would be easy to grind off. So any thoughts on this guys.

I'm not fully understanding your question. I don't know if the kawasaki front end like that would just bolt on to your honda frame. You may have to switch out steering stems, which would be a little work. Once you switched the stems, then the whole front fork assembly would just bolt on and off, no cutting off needed. Unless you were lucky enough to find an original rutt ryder front end, which was close to the same as the kawasaki front end and made to fit the honda 90/110/185/200 neck.

VealMonkey, he doesn't mean buying the front end from a kawasaki, he means welding some tabs on the forks to bolt shocks to, and making a swingarm thingy similar to that of the kawasaki. so homemade.
