Pull start cover is off, pulling small trees and oil came out.
Where is the oil coming from? Is the crank seal done? Or is it another seal?
I stopped it, had a few drinks, and when I started it up again, no oil and no leak!
Any answers out there?

check your crankcase vent and make sure it isnt pluged at all if it isnt completely clear it may build pressure and push the oil out.

Thanks man, I didn't know what was going on. Just got the bike, only paid $250 for it and it runs but don't know what's been done to it and what needs to be done to it. Needs rear bearings and seals.

if this continues then i just mite be a leaky crank seal ! quick and easy repair, im pretty sure its just a small o-ring type of deal
my 83 200e does this also. I will be repairing this in the next day or so. Ill post up some info or pics.

mine did it too. It was the crank seal behind the stator.

Make sure to check the crankshaft end for a groove. I had a groove on an old 185s, and filed it down a bit, as there was a burr. It hasnt leaked yet, but I probly got lucky. The seal wont last long if there is anything sticking up.

the seal on a 200e is behind the starter cup on a long bolt that goes to the crank shaft, its a small rubber o-ring
