I think ducksters are neat lil trikes i mean how cool is factory camo! they seem rare because ive never seen one other than in the kawasaki brochures. Does anyone have one of these I would like to see pics.

Not all ducksters had camo paint, it was an option. Technically any KLT 200-A4A is a duckster. My brother has one....well kinda. The PO replaced the forks with KLT 250 ones and for some reason replaced the selectable diff with a non diff axle. Oh, and his is black with I think orange and brown decals. That being said, they are actually pretty cool bikes. Plenty fast and powerfull for a utility bike, however they do like to catwalk due to the massive fuel tank above the back axle and the fact that they have a hand clutch. A good buy if it's in good shape, parts are pretty hard to find and a service manual is even harder to come by.

131242 The duckster is a 1983 only and other than the wheels being black this one is all original. this is what they looked like, only the camo ones like this are called ducksters.

O.K. I've heard many people tell me only the camo models and i've had many tell me all a4a's. :wondering Oh well... I've also seen alot of kijiji adds for atc 110 "big reds"

Btw, doesn't the duckster have some kind of gun rack thing on the handlebars ? I know I have seen pics of it.

Well, technically the Duckster is an KLT200-A4A model, and I also have two KLT200-A4A trikes with black plastics. They have stripes similar to the '82 KLT200-A models but instead of red/orange/white, they are orange/yellow/white. The front fender does not have any decals. Yes, while technically the black A4A models are 'ducksters' everyone is really referring to the tan camo plastics. I have seen pictures of a 'duckster' with green camo plastics but I'm not sure if it was factory or user-made.
Accessories: The front and rear racks were an option as well as 2 different gun racks, chassis/engine rock guard, footpeg floorboards, six-pack rack, parking brake lock, camo seat cover, 3-ply mudflaps, chrome hubcaps, 'lift stand', oil cooler, camo trike cover, seat-back kit, and fork extenders. (taken from my '1983 Kawasaki KLT Accessories' catalog)
