I rebuilt the top end on my 250r recently, and now when and after it runs it'll push oil out of the motor through the breather tubes. Does anyone know what would be causing this and how could I fix the problem?:wondering

The oil isn't over filled is it?

No that's the first thing I checked, I changed the oil and put what the manual said to put back in.

is it smoking more than usual ? it could be a bad "wet side" crank seal, allowing primary compression to reach the gearcase/clutch side. Or it could be a cracked center case, which will have the same effect. (did this bike suffer from a cracked piston skirt recently?)

sounds like some positive pressure in the case from the rings maybe?

The transmission is supposed to be sealed from the crank case.
