2 more wheels? [Archive] - 3WHeeLeR WoRLD

Hey all
My dad just showed me some 'adaptors' to fix right on the rear wheels, and with that, you can add two more wheels to a trike. This week i'm gonna try to put that on my SX, but is there anyone who has ever tried that ??? 4 wheels at the back of the trike seems a lil wide :) lol

It seem like it would make it a lot harder to steer. I do think that I have seen a picture of a 4 wheeler with the duel back wheels. Its worth a try though, think of how well it ould float then!

I forgot all about those old kits.... I remeber trying to talk my Dad into buying that kit for our ol' '82 Big Red when I was in elementary school! I had to write a 'myth' in English class, and made up this story of how the Finger Lakes in NY were made by a huge 3 wheeler with those duels on the back! :oops:

I should find that old journal and read through them! I had it all decorated with little hand drawn three wheelers! :D
