Well I was all excited riding for 30m..... Then it started to slow down then shuts off. Tried to start her back up and it seems like it doesnt have any compression when I kick start her. Can anyone help me out with some advice?

did it smoke like h*!! before it died if it did you may have snaped a ring and check the oil for any metal flakes could also be a bent or stuck valve

Do you feel compression with the choke on? Or when your applying gas while kicking?

if there was no smoke its probley a valve problem 4 strokes always smoke when the pistion or rings go unless you got no oil

Half an hour of hard riding for even a very well maintained air cooled engine is quite a long time of running, without an oil cooler. My thoughts are it overheated, then it shut down, I've had a couple of 200 engines do that on me on hot days. Except you said you could kick it right away, so maybe you have a slipping kicker? Or maybe a valve broke or bent or something from the heat.

Pull the spark plug off and look inside the cylinder while you kick it. Is the piston moving up and down?

Had on recently that the flywheel spun and was 1/4 turn out of time. Meaning the when the "F" marking on the flywheel was in the view port it was 1/4 turn before or past the correct firing position of the piston thus causing timing to be off. Get the Piston to TDC by looking in the cylinder then check the marking on the flywheel, should be at "T". Explains the low compression because the valve open too soon and is sparking before it is supposed to on the compression stroke.

Check the torque on your head bolts as well, could have blown a head gasket.
