how much fork oil 185s?

the drain on one of my ft shocks was loose :( and i think i lost most of my fork oil on that side,i know i will need to drain the rest out. but how do i refill the shock,do i remove the seal at the top? can i reuse the seal if it's in good shape?how much oil do i put in? it's a 83 185s. thanks :?

put a jack under the skid plate and raise the front tire off the ground to take the pressure off the fork springs and then you can take the top cap off with out springs wanting to fly out.
should take about 3 oz. for each forkleg of what ever weight fork oil you want ( 10wt. is a good choice i would think ).
you might want to make sure all the oil is out of each fork leg your gonna put 3 oz. into.
