So I bought a 250r off craigslist. I was a little rough and dirty but no biggie......wow was I wrong. Cleaned her up the next morning and the frame is cracked. Thank God I work at a welding shop, so tig'ing up the frame is no biggie.
Thursday the frame and a mess of parts are off to powder coat. I ordered a new pivot bolt, im making my own swing arm poly bushings, all balls bushings and aluminum brake reservoirs.
Stay tuned for pics as parts come back from powdercoat.
