Well i manged to get the 200x forks on my 250sx but just found out i have a problem. Where the back screw goes on the 200x fork is hitting the stop on the 250sx frame. Stopping the forks from turning all the way to the right. It turns fine to the left. Has anyone else delt with this? I'm including a picture to try to show you guys what i mean. http://members.cox.net/dulacj/forks.JPG

Yes I have delt with this problem when I had the 200x front end on my SX. I decided to upgrade to 350x since I jump a lot. I cut off the old 250sx steering stop and welded two other ones up on the frame like the regular 200x steering stop. Worked really well.

Or if you could care less about a front brake, put the 200X forks in the 250SX triples - no cutting, grinding, welding and no front brakes (the downside) My goal was better front suspension and I would have to buy the brakes so thats how I run mine. I also use 15wt belray and 1.5 PVC spaces, otherwise they sag and are useless with air in them.

I just cut the stopper today with a hacksaw. I have to watch my turning not to bang my tank but atleast i got it to go. Thanks.
