I use mine for pulling impossible things like trees and nver had a real issue with slipping.

Did some funny slippery additive get into your oil?

What is it (not) doing?
that makes you want stronger springs?

sounds like he wants to raise the stall speed. if no springs can be found you could try lightening up the shoes

lightening the shoes? i not sure what you mean by that. but to answer the question, i am trying to raise the stall speed. the reason why is i don't have the power to spin the tires at low rpm. so by raising the rpm before the clutch engages means i go further into my powerband before the motor takes on strain. i am running 27" vampires with axle paddles so it takes a little ass to spin them.

You would be better off just pressing down or up a bit on the clutch lever and using it like a hand clutch. Once it's clicked into gear the last bit of movement in the shift lever engages the clutch plates in the transmission. Let the secondary clutch plates slip a little and spin the tires as they are usually cheaper to replace than the centrifugal clutch and it's counter parts.

It's easy to miss but like wkid500 said,
pop into a gear but let off the shifter slowly,
it's like slipping a regular clutch.

Sounds like you are in some serious bayou country

It would do the same thing as installing heavier springs.

Drill holes in them.
