Found out it is a KLT 250, Not running for about 3 or so years, missing oil filter needs front tire. I asked for bottom dollar, he wants me to make an offer!?!? About the only thing it has going for it is that its a Kawasaki KLT (something I don't have). I have plenty of other projects so I was thinking of offering 100.? What do yall think especialy would like to know what other owners of this trike think? Thanks!

I would offer him a 100 bucks like you said. If he does not move on it, kindly explain to him it is 20+ years old and no longer made, Tell him parts are going to be extremely hard to find, and the vehicle has no value unless it is complete. Thats how I got my bigred for $240 bucks.

lol ask 100, 150 if it has compression, fortunately, almost all the parts are interchange able with the klt200. The do have differnt bores, cranks, heads though. Almost everything else is identical. oil filter is the same. The KZ250 motorcycle should have the same engine but I forget if it had points or a CDI. The 1978-1979 KZ200 had points.

I love my KLT 200c, it loves the mud too lol.
If you get it and it needs a CDI, i've got a spare i can sell you. $50, It's OEM and works great.. I bought it after mis diagnosing my weak spark to a badly grounded coil. Tested it after fixing coil, bike ran great still.
