What rear hubs fit 86 200x.Looking to make a little wider in the rear.Will 450R rear hubs work?

Yes, TRX 450R hubs will fit...also 300EX and 400EX

Yes, I remember the conflict you speak of......I'm still not sure what was going on there. The hubs I listed above will fit perfect and are the same width as your originals.
