I purchased a K & L carb kit for my 185s and the tag says 200e. The specification page on this site shows both have the 22mm Keihin carb. Does this mean the carbs kit for either is the same for both atc's?

For lack of better information,
I've had carb kits with the same numbers on them have different o-ring
gaskets and different length float valve needles.

Some are 'extra' parts to fit different models and some are just wrong.
That one float valve needle was about 2o thousandths too short and the carb
overflowed until I figured it out. NOT the easiest thing to find or see, for that matter.
All the other parts were correct.

If you have the kit in your possession, you may be able to match up the jets
and tiny numbers on the jets before you open it in case you need to return it.

As I recall, the 185 and 200 carbs are virtually the same.
Differences that I remember are jet numbers and gasket/o ring float bowl gasket
shapes.

What's the prob with your carb?

I rarely need rebuild kits unless the gaskets are ruined.
