86 250R petcock

I need to know where to get the rubber washer(?) with the 4 holes in it. Mine is torn and the petcock will not shut off. It just keeps trickling, and I think it is flooding my carb. My question is where can I get another one of those? I see the rebuild kit, but I don't need the o rings, can I just get the 4 hole one? And could someone please let me know what the official name of this part is so I can stop feeling like a moron?

you can get one from any honda dealer its actully listed under any trx250r part diagram. i just bought one off ebay and it came in a kit with the oring and the 4hole washer for like 15$ just look up trx250r petcock
