How much is a like new 1985 Yamaha YTM 225 DRN worth?

I grew up riding three wheelers, but have been out of the loop for the last 25 years. My dad still has a couple three wheelers and wants to sell one of them. The one he wants to sell is a 85 YTM 225 DRN. This three wheeler probably has less than 100 hours on it, it has sat in his shop for the last 25 years, we would occasionally take it around his one acre yard to give the grandkids a ride. He also has a Honda Big Red that he wants to keep.

I am trying to help him get rid of stuff and thought I would ask here to see what input you guys might have.

I'm curious is you still have it too. These bikes are getting pretty rare in my opinion. I only see a few here and there pop up on ebay and most of them are the dx models and not the dr. They are lots of Hondas I see on ebay. No offense Honda nation.
