Caster oil is excellent for air cooled motor running at high temperature. This oil is used by most of people here in the old sleds.Do not use it in a powervalved or liquid motor, you will full plug and block powervalve.Caster oil need high temp to burn

I use Bendzall castor in everything, racing or not, I used to use Yamalube R for my trail 2t's but over the past few years I have gone strictly to castor, the stuff works great seems to help top ends last longer and it smells good (especially mixed with race gas) to boot. Some claim it doesnt work goot with injection systems but I always bypass and run premix even in my R5 street bike

Castor blends like maxima 927 or klotz super techniplate are a great compromise IMO.. They have the wonderfull castor protection and smell, but much cleaner burning than the straight castor oils... After a season running Techniplate 32:1 in my powervalved KX a peek inside revealed minimal deposit buildup so now i run it in everything...and when I run out i substitute with 927... I used to run blendzall and klotz benol, but nowdays i feel its overkill for a 250cc+ recreational machines... and too dirty for powervalved engines..
