Do you have the service manual for your ATC ? You might want to search the site for 200S Service Manual and you will need adobe acrobat reader installed on your computer to view the service manual. Once you get that info if you dont know understand ask before you do anything. Hope this helps.

I just removed mine on my 185s I beleive its the same and it was easy. I would take the carrier off the rear end completley to make it easier to work with.
Should look like this
Take the sprocket assembly off and then take the nuts off the brake hub side, turn the whole thing on its side with the brake hub side down on a piece of wood. Then tap down with a rubber mallet on the whole assembly til it slides all the way off.

Now that you have the carrier seperated from the axle, you can use a drift and knock out the bearings from both sides. Its easier if you remove the seal first, but whatever. It should look like this when your done.

Reverse all that with new bearings and seals. = ) IMHO if you have the sealed chain and all that crap, now is the time to toss it and get an aftermarket sprocket that bolts directly to the hub. I don't personally like the three piece design. Look at this mess

it's not too bad. probebly a day's work if your new to trikes and never done it. make sure you get the rear bearing kit first With the seals. i recommend All-Balls kit as they seem to be about the best.

wow thanks for the pics ! , yeah im new to trikes this 200s is the first one ive ever driven and owned. ive removed the chain cover crap when i first got it since it was chewed to chit, i guess the chain came off with the previous owners...
That doesnt look to bad at all !, did you have to replace the long round bushing type of thing when ya took the whole axle carrier appart?

Your welcome on the pics, No that is just the spacer between the two bearings. Don't forget to put it back in before putting both bearings and seals on. LOL:drool: here is the link to the build I am currently doing to add rear suspension to these things. Leave a comment if you would. http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthread.php?126403-185-S-for-SUSPENSION-PROJECT-STARTED-quot-NEW-PICS-2-27-2011-quot-quot-PICS-quot
