Im ordering tires soon and need to know if it is it possible to get a good pair of mud/snow tires that will not tare up the grass too much? I was looking at kenda bearlclaws but they seem like they will destroy the yard? My wife would not be pleased if there was tracks all over her nice yard...

Most mud tires tear up the grass, but just think that's less grass that you have to mow.lol

even bald stockers will tear up the grass... taking tight corners on 2 wheels helps with this..

I use Carlisle strykers, and Turfbusters mainly. I have a set of 18x9.5x8 Carlisle tractor treads though that might need a home, still have the nips on the side of the tread, lightly used, great shape.

Where from? Dennis Kirk is just down the road from you, and will mount your tires for free... I have driven up 35 on more than 1 occasion to buy tires from them...

You could buy a nice set of wheels for the new Bear Claws and keep the ol' TurfBuster on the stock rims if you need to do yard work. I have thought about that with my ol' Turfbusters.
