the 250 sx is the same as the 85 86 87 sx and es
Difference is in the gearing they say.
The 200 is only 15 or 12 cc larger than the 185 and most people say the difference is not noticable.
Electric start 200?
Will it fit?
Someone surely knows.
A cam can make a difference but they're not cheap.
Over bore and larger piston is usually for a worn out engine and not sure if much is notable different.
I have a couple with high compression pistons and yeah, they run great, like they all do but are a shoulder or kneecap ripper to start.
The only difference I personally know of is if they start and if they run good and I don't have to walk home.
Stock is best for me.
But you'll have fun either way.

if you want to use the engine with Electric start you will have to cut the frame to fit, or heat it up and heat it up and hit it with a hamer until it clears lol not the best idea you only need about 1/2 or so, if the engine with electric start was high and low range it want fit into the 185 frame because the gear box won't clear the frame as well so i have been told. whats wrong with the 185 engine?
