The same person who left the positive feedback has bid on every one of his auctions. c***u is the bidder. Hmmmm I wonder whats going on there. Sounds like Mr Padilla has an alter ego to drive his bids up for him and if by chance his other account wins then he just leaves himself positive feedback.

I saw that too. I actually sent him a message to see if I can come look at it to see what he would say. He sent me a message back saying that I can come by any time to take a look, just let him know when I could come by. I sort of thought that he may shy away from this if I had asked. Guess I was wrong. Plus, I live in Chicago so I'm not really at liberty to just swing on over. Oh well, was worth the asking I guess. Still something too fishy!!!!

I sent him a message also asking if I could come look at it gave him some line about being leery of scammers and such, to which he responded "no problem". I'm pretty sure from the user name that this is indeed our friend Padilla, but I think the guy is actually pretty clever. As mentioned above, I'm not the only one apparently to send him a message, but maybe if we as a community stay on him and spam his inbox so much he'll give up. This my friends, is eBay vigilantism, if i was a true h4x0rs I'd DoS his IP so he couldn't even get online. Then again there are legal repercussions for that.

The other 2 left very similar feed back I think its either friends of his or he is the one pushing it up and leaving his own feed back. this guy needs t be stopped because who would buy any thing from a guy that his first feed back was a negative comment come on now someone needs to just slap this guy for being a scum bag.

It is Frank Padilla, and I did purchase an item from him. He came through, I read this thread after I purchased it and went back and checked the bid history. There were about 12 different bidders, several with hundreds of feedback. I'm not defending the guy or anything else, Simply confirming it is Frank Padilla from Ladera, CA. I declined to leave feedback for him, mainly because he sent me 8 emails asking for feedback. He sent what he advertised, the price was high enough, but not more than current market value.
