Ok I am going to be running a full DG exhaust, k&n filter with outerwears & no air box lid.
What should my jetting be? Also I am pretty much at sea level in Florida.
Stock jetting is: main jet #138
pilot jet # 45 but Im pretty sure it has a #42 in it now

I'm in the middle of the same thing...hopefully I'll get to it this weekend. Right now I'm running a 42 and 142, but I'm getting some lean popping when I back off, so I think I'll have to go bigger on the main. I'll let you know what I come up with.

Each machine is different. Leave the pilot alone and try bumping up to a 140 or 142. But how does it run? Before any jetting changes are done, do some plug chops at different throttle ranges to verify that it needs jetted.

about time a thread started on this... i am very lost on jetting ...my 350x has supertrapp with 12 disc and uni-filter 140-main and stock piolet havent ran yet motor is being worked on let me know how urs truns out..good luck

well looks like im doing a 403cc Corey Sprock kit and a 400ex carb so I guess Im on my own as far getting the jetting right!

I just put a 150 in mine, and its still a little lean, but I think it will be OK where it is. It runs good.

12-1 piston, race cam, full DG exhast, UNI air filter. Stock carb..
I can't believe the 150 main is not enough. I'm actually going to look for a 160 next week,, I know that sounds huge.
What do you guys think? Maybe I will look for a 155.
