Hi, does anyone know what the air gap needs to be set at for stator? I have a nice blue spark and runs good, but needs to be kicked very fast to generate a spark. slow to medium kicks make no spark at all. Thanks for any help!

NO one replied? Shocking!
There should be manuals in the 'world class help ' section here.
I can't imagine they are very adjustable, if you're talking about the pack of gum coil under the flywheel?
The pulse gen or whatever it is called under the cover that says 'cdi' where the cam is, is about the clearance of a business card or less.
You'll have fun with the manual. It's hard to stop reading.
I'd start there but also clean all connections including grounds especially.
Nip the last 1/8th or 1/4 inch off the plug wire or remove the cap and see if it jumps brighter.
That has honestly been known to make all the difference after hours of checking everything else.
