problems with my honda

my 83 honda atc 200 runs and idles fine then all of a sudden it will kill and wont start for 15 minutes does anyone know what could be wrong with it

rust plugging the petcock ?? once the bowl runs dry,you have to wait for it trickle in again..good luck !!!

Next time it turns off, Immediately loosen the gas cap all the way & see if it starts up. -if it does start, your gas cap is not venting & must be replaced. Make sure the knob on the gas cap is turned to "on" not "off" cause that will cause that issue too.
