Im thinking of replacing my rear tires for some mud lites or claws...but I would like to leave the front tire alone...Its new but it slides around a lot...
I was thinking of putting in a set of 3/8 kutters on the front for help with steering..
I would like to leave them in yr round...
Anyone else put studs in the front tire? How did they work? How many to install?

Studs year-round eh? Doesn't sound like the best idea to me.

Studs in a TurfBuster, I say no. We had the same tires on the same machine and they suck. I replaced my rears and can't wait to get rid of the front. Just steer with the throttle until you can get a good front tire on there. Or if you can just replace all 3 at the same time. You won't regret it. Just buy these instead of Mudlites and you can get three Super Lites for the same price as 2 Mudlites. I just got them back around Chirstmas and they rock. They are lighter and cheaper than the Mudlite and awesome. Look up their reviews. I have went through 1 1/2 feet of powder easy, through deep ditches and all over. They have the same tread as a Mudlites and cost less.

take a look at kenda bearclaws, they are a lot of money, but they are by far superior to super lites and mudlites ( as i have had all three on the same bike )
Very aggressive with the side lug for added traction

How do they compare weight wise to the other tires?

I have mudlites on my ES and love them... Superlites arent much $ less than mudlites.... They do great in the snow, and ice...

They weigh quite a bit, but you wouldnt notice it with a 250es. I wouldnt say put them on a 110 or 125, but on an es, you cant get a better tire
