I replaced my fork seals and pumped out the grey sludge that used to be fork oil and replaced with fresh fork oil. problem is my forks still feel spongy like they are not dampening properly. when I had them tore down I didnt find any parts that seemed to be wore (although I didnt mich. anything), is there something I am missing???---Joe 8)

Did you put the specified amount of oil (per the manual) in the forks? I think you can use different weights of fork oil for different performance characteristics. (thicker?) good luck!

You may want to make some pre-load spacers out of PVC pipe or aluminum tubing.
What oil did you use?
