What's it worth?

I found a guy the has a mint condition 1984 Honda 200M sitting in his shed. He said it probably only has 10 or less hours on it. It's been ridden so little that the tank is still shiny after sitting in his shed for year. What do you think it's worth?

a pic would be great but from the sound of it I would say 600-800$ around here

It looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor and it runs good.
