Picked it up yesterday; 1985 sx. Starts right up, the tanks dented but is clean inside. The back plastics have been cracked and stitched back together. I think I did alright for $420. I've never had an sx before-usually just go with sport trikes. It's not quite as torquey as I had expected, is that because of the shaft drive? I think it needs a tuneup, maybe that'll wake it up a little bit.

sweet dude. I have two of them and there fun as hell. Plus they have reverse.

That's a steal. I paid $600 for my 87 back in October and yours looks like it's in much better shape.

Looks better in these pics Matt. I didn't notice it had wheel spacers on it before.

Those Blackwater tires are heavy and probally robbing you of some power.Looks like a pretty decent machine.

Thanks, I thought those tires seemed a bit wierd. I think I'll try swapping tires with my quad if they'll bolt up that is.

THe mfgs need to bring these back and when you buy 1 ya sign a consent decree that you cant sue anybody.Rider assumes all risks.
