84 200 What do you think?

I'm supposed to pick this up on Saturday for $400. This was the listing:

1984 Honda 200 3 Wheeler Clean. i have owned for over 5 years adult driven. always garaged. 200cc 4 stroke engine, 5 speed transmission. does not use any oil , shifts great,just changed oil. pull start,newer tires on rear.$500 nice clean unit for age.
