Mystery 350x part? [Archive]

I'm almost done with my 350x resto, while digging thru piles of parts, I found this (pic)

Is this a helmet hanger? I've never seen one. The bolt that was thru it looked like a triple clamp bolt.

Dammit!

Yes it is. It bolts to the upper right side triple.

Yes, that is a helmet holder. Normally is on the right side of the tripples. Can't recall if it is on the upper or the lower.

ya i got 1 on my 350x and it is on the top right

I put it on the other day. I'm not finished with the bike yet, but I couldn't wait to see how it ran. So I bolted on the foot pegs and took it for a ride. Front brakes leaked. Got that fixed, and so far so good. Should be hanging my helmet on it by the weekend.
