The 85 110 has a automatic cam chain tensioner, there is no adjustment.

your 110 should not have a rubber plug next to the recoil... 185-200's do???? 110's have a adjuster next to the shifter shaft, its a 12mm nut with a flat head screw in the middle loosen the nut 1 turn then loosen the screw 3/4 turn its an automatic spring loaded adjust once the set screw is loosend it will take up the slack , then just tighten the screw and nut and your done

From the service data.
There's a manual here also, read page six.

opposite side from the pull starter is the clutch cover. as you may guess, the locknut and screw found there are the clutch adjustment, not cam chain
