The klt 185 (1986-7 had reverse and it was a shaft drive model), Also one of the best atc's ever made by polaris (the only) polaris scrambler had reverse and you can go backwards just as fast as you can go forward, it was also fully automatic.

Also, I know it's a rare one, but I am almost 100% positive that the Taurus 3 wheeler had reverse as well.

If your looking for a sportier 3-wheeler. I would say an ATC250SX is your best bet. The reverse operates from the clutch handle. On the ES its the sub-trans, you have hi/lo/reverse.
just my $0.02

Actually, the reverse on a 250SX and a 250ES work from the left lever, which is the rear brake lever.... no clutch. The 200E and 200ES have the sub-trans style reverse.

200e does not have reverse. i have a heavely moded 200e and a spare bottom end. it is chain with only hi-low.
my new 200ES has as the reverse with hi.low.reverse. I wonder if ?I can drop the sub-trans onto the E and have it work. hrmmm..

Just so you know it seems like the price of the 250ES is a bit higher in the UP than down below the bridge. If you are looking for a great trike with reverse I would get either a 250ES or SX. The 225DR are awesome but a lot harder to find, only one year had reverse. I got a 250ES a couple months ago and love it. I use it for hauling a lot, if you were mostly trail riding I would get the 250SX, but they are a little harder to find and the 250ES is still a lot of fun on the trail, just a bit heavier. Both are great trikes and parts are easy to get for them. There is a guy around Escanaba that has a whole lot of trikes and other ATV's. His add is on CL always says for sale or trade. Worth giving him a ring and seeing what he has. He had a few Kawi's and an ALT185. I got a YF60 this summer from him and just happened to ask if he had parts my trike and he had all kinds of stuff. He threw it in for free.
When it comes down to it though get one that has reverse and rear suspension, the 250ES and 250SX can't be beat for an all around trike.

looks like a good bike. replace the fenders or get a fender repair kit (welder setup) and your set!
