What is the easiest way to replace the front fork boots on ATC 250R?

the easiest way is to cut off your old ones and use the velcro covers.or you can take off your brake assembly and loosen your triples,upper and lower and pull down your fork tubes and put on the new ones.

this.. it's dificult but doable with 2 people to loosen the fork tube clamps and slide the whole front end out of the triples, slide on your boots, and line the fork tubes up in the triples and push. You will have to remove the front master cylinder from the bars and jack the frame up high for enough clearance but with 2 people it can be done.
