Why not using and old cr80 free air? 1980 cr80 motor is very compact.I was think about the same thing yesterday,I have a complete motor/carb setup on the shelf with a new piston and bearing in it

Its a 1999 cr80 motor, iam picking up the 70 today, i will see how everything looks when i get it home, if that one member fit a 250r in a 70 it can do be done, and i bet it will rip!

I really hope you dont have to go as far as he did to fit it. Good luck, it'll definatly be a cool bike

Yea i just looked at it tonight, the pipe and radiator are going to be a big problem, im really not looking to hack this bike up, so i will most likely just end up putting a 88cc kit in it with a race head and be done.
