Need help identifying this motor

I recently purchased a 84 250r and the guy gave me an extra honda motor. The number in the engine is TB06e,2010529 he told me it was a four stroke engine but the motor doesn't have any valves? can someone help identify this motor? plz

thats an 81-81 250r aircooled engine

So its a 250r. Its air cooled correct.What year would you say?

1981 or 1982

It looks like it's an 81 since 82 engines start at TB06E-2100004 according to the specs page

Ok..it needs a new top end, but I was debating wheather I should keep it or sell it? how much would a new piston go for this?
