You can go by gasket material from your local auto parts store and cut your own. I guess you could use cardboard and silcon as a TEMPORARY fix, but make sure you dont get any of that silicone down in the motor

Gasket material, like paper gasket material... You would probably make life alot easier to just purchase the correct gaskets, rather than go through the time to attempt to make them...

you can get on ebay anf for about $18 shipped you can get a compelte top end rebuild kit. it will have a new gasket set and will ensure it's right. in my sig is a manual if you need it.

Lisa Douglas made a headgasket out of pancake mix once on Green Acres. I would imagine that works as good as silicone or cardboard.

LMAO well i heard carb board was used on transmissons on some cars.. so i figured why not atcs, but maybe pancake mix would be better AHA!
thorpe: yeah we only got ONE stealership up here and he charges an arm+ a leg for everything and always says'' ohh thats an old bike i dont think thay make that anymore.. EVERYTIME i call.bought a valve cover and O ring that nearly cost me 30$.... i'll try autoparts extra. bensons.. since thats where i bought a stator coil recently.

Try ebay! 3and4wheelershop or GandHdiscountATVparts! Both are on ebay and pretty fair prices!
