help!!!!!!!

i have a atc185 three wheeler and it runs great till warmed up then it quits sparking i have put a new sparkplug/sparkplugwire/coil/stator/and cdi box but still the same could it be the magneta

sounds like cdi,stator issues.but if you know for a fact they are good, it could be overheating and vapor locking.check your carb settings.

Not a fuel problem,pretty sure of that.
Runs for about 3 to 4 mins and dies,no spark at the plug,wait about 15 mins and it cranks back up and the whole thing starts all over again.
All ignition parts have been swapped from a running motor except for the mag,could that be it?

Coils and pulse generators do this or maybe a bad wire in the harness .

i have put a good working coil on and where would the pulse generator be located or is that the magneta???

Pulse generator is behind the CDI cover . Follow the wire going to the head .

Yep sounds like a bad pulse generator...when the engine gets hot, these things will quit working if they're bad. Check it and make sure all the wires running to it are good...clean all the connections and check for and splits in the harness.

Neither...its like the distributor off a car. At the top of your engine, on the left side, you should see a round-ish cover that says CDI on it. Take the 2 screws out, and behind it will be your CDI unit.

ok i did take that cover off that said cdi there is a little black box and i little thing that spins{while the motor it turning over]
